luxury place for a visit to queenstown with unbeatable location in walking distance to town center and amazing services.
A little unfriendly staff!

Thoughtful staff, luxurious hotel with good restaurant. Good sized and recently refurbished room with very comfortable beds. The service in the property was friendly. Late check-out.

I stayed in a family room with a beautiful view of the mountains that I had requested beforehand, and the service was excellent despite a few slightly unfriendly employees.

Great facilities and comfortable rooms. The onsite parking was convenient. During our stay, we encountered a situation similar to another guest who had a late checkout request denied. However, the manager was accommodating and addressed our concerns in the morning. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, the room had a fabulous view of the Gondola, the dining room was decorated nicely and felt very cosy with the fire in the centre.

The location was perfect, situated at the top of a steep slope with all the major sites nearby. It was so convenient to have everything we needed under one roof. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with awesome customer service. We especially enjoyed the leisure spa and wellness center, where we were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the city center. You don't have to worry about getting bored on Boxing Day, as there are plenty of activities and shops nearby. The hotel's shuttle service is a great option for getting back from town, especially if you don't want to wait at the bus stop. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff provides excellent service and make you feel welcome. The breakfast offers a good selection of options to start your day.
While the hotel is handy to the town center, it is not within walking distance of major sites, so you may need to take transportation or plan accordingly.

Staff, definitely. Very responsive, attentive, good humored and professional. While I note below that the continental breakfast had issues the service received was above the normal standard. Example: coffee brought to table versus self-serve. quick clearance of used plates, etc.
Overpriced and excessively limited internet services. No exhaust fan in bathroom for odors. Bathtub mounted so entry/exit is precariously. Continental breakfast is a bit over-priced as its range was comparable to what I generally find as complimentary in similar level hotels and the food was not refreshed and/or the heaters had stopped working and noone noticed, not sure which.
